Just over 3 hours southbound from your doorstep – you will notice how the stresses of daily life begin to fall away.

No departure lounges, no planes, no customs, no transfers, no dramas.

Gracetown is in Cowaramup Bay, situated along our majestic SouthWest coastline, between Yallingup and Margaret River.

Overlooking the magnificent Cowaramup Bay, our location has world-class panoramic ocean views.

We are staying in two side-by-side Houses, with the Yoga Studio onsite.

With the stunning SouthWest coastline, the Cape to Cape trail, world class surf, breathtaking coastal bushwalks and amazing Barista coffee at Gracie’s General –  all at the end of our street –  you mightn’t want to leave the Bay at all!

We are staying in two side-by-side large Houses (Duplexes), with the Yoga Studio onsite. 

There are beautiful deckings overlooking a panoramic ocean vista  and bushland at both properties with plenty of private areas for time-out and reflection.

Sleeping areas are mostly Triple share Singles, with Queen or King options also available (pending numbers).

BYO Linen and towels. Doonas, doona covers and pillows are provided. Linen can be hired at an extra cost

Delicious, Wholesome & Healthy Meals:

Our wonderful caterers are the amazing chefs at Black Sheep Deli in Cowaramup, and will be serving all our delicious vegetarian meals for us on site. They specialise in divine fresh/ locally-sourced/ sustainable/organic delectable wholefoods presented in mouthwatering culinary delights! Dietary special needs can also be accommodated (please advise when booking)

Daily Light Breakfast, Full Brunch, Dinner and Desserts included 

Tea Selections & Coffee facilities are also kept well stocked all day for you 🙂

Yoga Sessions, Meditation Sessions, Bushwalks, Workshops

With early morning Meditation (or Bushwalks), mid-morning Yoga Sessions, afternoon Workshops and 2 evening Restorative or Yoga Nidra Sessions on offer, you will experience a profound deepening of your Yoga practice and awareness, and continue to reap the benefits long after you hit that highway back home 🙂

All yoga mats and props are provided but you are most welcome to bring along your favourite mat if you prefer.

All sessions are of course “non-compulsory”!

This is your retreat so whilst we hope you take advantage of all the scheduled offerings we have included, you are encouraged to listen intently to your body’s needs and do only what serves you best 🙂

On our Retreat we will be practicing Silent Time nightly from 10pm right through until Brunch. For some this may seem alarming but fear not! This is a practice you just might come to love….

  • With plenty of free time after Brunch right through until 4.30pm you might choose to:

    • Indulge in a heavenly aromatherapy massage with Audrey Barth

    • Walk down the road and find yourself hiking on the Cape to Cape coastal trail, starting from South Point to the south or head north from North Point.

    • Stroll down to the beach for a refreshing swim, feel the sand between your toes and relax 🙂

    • Meander down to the “River walk” for a beautiful bush trail along the Cowaramup brook.

    • Check out the world class surf breaks right in front of us, and a 5 minute drive up behind us.

    • Take a wander through Margaret River town

    • Explore the incredible Mammoth and Lake Caves or even take a Guided Tour

    • Check out the myriad Art Galleries and Winery Estates

    • Chillout with some “Mindful Colouring-In” of Mandalas (textas & colouring pages provided!)

    • Or simply relax on one of the many decking and balcony areas with a cuppa and a book – taking in the majestic Indian Ocean, the sunshine and bushland as you recline in the hammocks, couches, recliner chairs and patio areas. If the weather turns cooler you might snuggle up to the fireplace or the pot bellied stove . You can even expand your Yoga knowledge by browsing our extensive collection of Yoga magazines…

Cancellation before 11th Oct = 100% Refund

Due to costs incurred for catering and accommodation etc, late cancellations made from 12th October onwards will receive the following:

Cancellation between 12th Oct and 18th Oct = 50% Refund

Cancellation from 19th Oct onwards: 25% Refund
